-The Javelin's attack should be +7, not +8 (I forgot that the javelin's proficiency bonus was only +2)
-Dragon Breath attack roll should be +7 (+4 Str, +2 power, +1 level)

Also tweaked equipment (-1 sunrod), and request a double check on the xp value, as character sheet is with the DM.

I think that should be 45 gp, as I remember marking off 50 gp for that potion of healing.

Character Hook: The Crown of Storms

The Stormcrowned family is a clan that has fallen into hard times. Descended from Koroth Stormcrowned, one of the heroes of the Godfall War, the Stormcrowned family has tried to live up to its legacy of heroism. Alas, the heirs of Koroth Stormcrowned have proven wanting, in comparison to the glorious deeds of their ancestor. Perhaps the most infamous of the later Stormcrowneds is Colonel Garak Stormcrowned, a noble of the fallen empire of Tarkonis, whose incompetence resulted in the slaughter of three legions to a coalition of Baalim and Nagthari.

Kaelis Stormcrowned seeks to erase the stain on the honor of the Stormcrowned line by recovering the Crown of Storms, an ancestral relic born by the great Koroth himself. The Crown of Storms was lost with Garak's ill-fated expedition against the enemies of Tarkonis. Kaelis actively pursues information concerning the military history of Tarkonis and the legends of Garak's last days in the hope of reclaiming the Crown, which he sees as the first step to rebuilding the glories of the Stormcrowned clan.
