Okay.

*I think your Diplomacy should be +11
*It's Sly Flourish.
*You don't add ability bonuses to AC when you're wearing Heavy Armor. Interestingly your AC value is right, only the computation is off.

It's an interesting build. Not deadly at first glance, but if you think about it... Twisted Evil

I might change something here. Just discovered how to multiclass, perfectly. Twisted Evil Twisted Evil
One thing that's changing is Dex 14 to 10, and Int 10 to 14.
Will be editing soon as changes are clear. Very Happy
