Gareth here, Erwin of GameCrab pointed me this way with his Diplomacy check. May I make my Perception check for "Detect D&D 4.0 players?" I've got +8 on that skill. _________________

It's an easy DC. Since you're a wyrmling, I assume you're level 1, so that's a DC 5.
You see a lot of them.

Welcome. |
GorraMmit! I fell in love with the Bonethrall campaign. Where do you guys play this, and when? I mean, being able to play official RPGA modules is nice and all but... wow... How do I join?
oh, and thanks for the warm welcome, everyone. _________________

Well if you could come by at UP, you could join (i think, tell me if I'm wrong guys). We usually do our sessions there, since most of the people here are from there. _________________ There is happiness for those who accept their fate. There is glory for those who defy their fate

Welcome to the boards, and I'm glad you found the BT threads interesting.
Well, Bonethrall is something of an internal project at the moment within the org, but personally, I'm all for letting other people have a shot at games within the setting. Currently though, the "official" games that are being tracked within the BT threads run in the afternoons, to cater to the UP student tambay schedules, though that certainly won't stop anyone from running their own little game on the side.
Lurk around in the Tavern thread to see if anyone is planning to run an adventure arc, or post a request there and see if a DM is willing to set one up. The Wednesday game (Ruined Sea) has just wrapped up, and the Friday game (Catacombs of Gold) has just started.
This is as much an experiment in a "mini-Living World" setup, and the creation of our own little campaign setting, so feel free to drop by, comment, or give it a shot.
Enjoy

We're found in AS hill in Palma hall. That's right in front of AS 101. Technically there's a no ID no entry rule in U.P. and in some places it's strictly observed but not in Palma. It's one of those places where U.P. students, unable to stamp something they don't like out, chose to ignore it instead. So the guards only start asking if the management is giving them grief over it. And even when they start asking for IDs, there are ways to get past it. Crowds for example are always helpful and old IDs are also a help since they're not really that diligent in checking. >_>;; _________________ All hail the Bongolian Ultraprawn! |

I'm not quite sure what I did, but... okay
By the way, I'm still having flashbacks of a preview game that was run back in GameCrab's FreeGameDay. Dimatinag and his killer Coconuts. _________________

Ah, that one's my project, the Bulan Campaign Setting. It provides a different feel from Bonethrall, and I'm happy about the fact that both projects I'm involved in are going in different directions, feel-wise. _________________ Nosfecatu Publishing |

We never got to finish that run And I STILL have Dimaunahan's character sheet, when I wanted to keep Dimatinag's. Much lulz was had with my "showmanship" + botched dice rolls. _________________

Well, you got through the tikbalang. That was the the monster unique to the setting anyway.
You have RPGA meets on Saturday, if I'm not mistaken. Too bad, I'm running another Bulan game at the AEGIS Open meet on the same day. _________________ Nosfecatu Publishing |

Welcome aboard.
I play D&D4, but I'd bet you won't get to spot me even if you had a +10 modifier to your Perception check. _________________ A little surprising, really...
