I saw the first two episodes this weekend.

Had mixed feelings about it. But I have high hopes for the show.

Lucy Lawless!!!

.. I just wished they casted someone else for Richard... I could forgive the others except for Richard and Darken... and Chase...

just be sure not to expect a book adaptation word for word. damn producers took some liberties and i just can't believe Terry Goodkind gave the go signal for it.

i'm so confused, I can't write properly.

I liked the first four books of the Sword of Truth.

I don't want to be dismissive and all that...but once you get past the nice kinky sex scenes, you get the enormous Objectivist Author Filibuster called Faith of the Fallen. I just couldn't continue, no matter how hard I wanted to forgive it for its atrocious politics.

Objectivism is interesting the first few times you read it, but then its shock value begins to pale...And then its all just political rantage. And a shame too, because I really enjoyed the first few books. Still, it does sound interesting.

I hope I haven't stepped on anyone's political toes. Smile
