Yes, this is more or less a shameless plug. It's almost October and then November and every November, I participate in a month long celebration of masochism called NaNoWriMo.

It's short for National Novel Writing Month though it has long gone international. It's an event where members see if they can reach 50, 000 words in one month. It's hell in a hand basket but hey, it's also some good fun. There's a very friendly Filipino community and everything.
It's not that hard to "win" it either. So...anyone interested?

I never enjoyed writing stuff, I already get tired of writing a short essay, much less trying to write something as long as that of the NaNoWriMo.

I can probably write something like that if I ever get an idea. Then again most of the stories I actually end up writing rarely goes over a thousand words. Good Luck though
