just finished watching Heroes. minus points for ripping off Watchmen.
a pretty good show, though. kinda sucks that most of the characters are either needy, annoying, or both. :/

MAJOR SPOILER ALERT

Niki - is reunited with her husband DL. they discover the truth about everything: her alternate personality, her super strength, her husband's power (think Shadowcat from X-Men) as well as her son's ("talking to machines"). after a roller coaster ride with Linderman and his gang, they eventually kill the mob boss and are safe... for now.
Matt - switches from the FBI to going against claire's dad to working with him. they track down a supposed tracking device that can locate anybody in the world at any time, who turns out to be the little girl he saved. he protects her, and she turns out okay. matt, however, is shot four times.
Mohinder - the geneticist discovers her deceased sister, and goes through internal struggle as to what he must do. he finally decides to find the heroes, but is tricked by sylar into helping him find victims. eventually he realizes what's going on, but a little too late. he escapes, however, with some help from peter. he then gets involved with the company and saves the little girl who tracks people by putting antibodies in his blood into her system.
Isaac - paints the future, gets involved with the company. tries to track down peter, and attempts to shoot him at some point, but he shoots simone instead. saddened by his loss, sylar finds him and takes his power. he is dead.
Sylar - goes on his killing spree. is caught for a time, but escapes. absorbs lots of powers. fights peter, wins once, loses another time. is stabbed by hiro, but possibly escapes in the end.
Nathan - works in conjunction with linderman. is told he can be president of the US. all he has to do is let a bomb explode in NY. plot totally ripped from watchmen. is a jerk for the most part but redeems himself in the end, as he flies an atomic peter into the atmosphere, where they explode. could be dead currently.
Peter - is taught to control his power better. it turns out he can copy other people's powers... and even better, once he has learned a power, he can use it again and again, even if he's not near the other people with powers anymore. he runs around trying to save the world, but absorbs an unstable power in the end. primed to explode because of his lack of control, his brother nathan decides to fly him high into the sky so the blast won't hurt anybody. |

Simpsons: Funny while I was sitting at the theater. Then afterwards, on the ride home, I was thinking, "What the heck was I laughing at again?"
In short, nothing memorable. But still funny at the moment.
I think the storyline was reminiscent of the Toxic Avenger.
