This is actually a tough one. Are we talking about the Arnold Conan here? That one has high str, dex and con. It would be like the perfect bbn VS the perfect swordsage, mastering setting sun, diamond mind and tiger claw.

The bbn will outlive all maneuvers. The moment Ken-san spends a full round action to recover, he's screwed.
My money's on Conan.

Nicol BOlas and other planeswalkers are not cosmic entities. Divine rules fit them better. And even if he was a cosmic entity, his portfolios, if had any, would not be as important as Bahamut's. My money on Bahamut.

Mario can eat more pizza that Luigi. It is proven by the fact that Luigi can jump higher.

Isn't the BJ/Axis matchup a little too personal? I mean, come on, they are both members of this board...
...as such, I would have to agree with supertotoy: the best way to find out would be via an actual duel. a viable answer in this case, since all necessary elements for a duel between the abovementioned parties are present.
Anyway, just to keep the ball rolling on the matchups end...

My vote's on TMNT. They've got leet ninja skills, and if I remember correctly, the Ghostbuster EMP thingie only works on ghosts anyway. They have little ability to hurt the living and breathing, and Donatello will easily match or exceed Venkman's techie-ness.
The way I see it happening, TMNT sneaks up on the Ghostbusters, Leo and Raph chop up the toys, and then that's a wrap.

Kratos (Of God of War?) vs Conan! Hm... Barring godly intervention (and no magic?)...
Since Kratos = Hercules (roughly), he would win this one. Kratos could also carry the whole world by his shoulders, no doubt. Though seeing his moves and how he dies to pathetic monsters in the game, I'd still bet my money on Conan. With one swing and a critical, I'd take his head off...

That would be Sorceror levels, as Mickey is the "Sorceror's Apprentice". I put my money on Jar Jar, strangely enough. The Gungan is so freakingly lucky/stupid that he will accidentally defeat or survive Scrappy due to Jar Jar's own ineptitude.

I'd go with Phil with Jar Jar, I've hated Scrappy Doo ever since I started to watch the show. At least Jar Jar has enough of a mind to try to run away, if Scrappy would be faced with the same situation then he'd say "Let me at 'em" until he gets crushed by any of the Darth "whoevers".

T-800. It can use plasma weapons that will turn Robocop into a pile of slag metal. The Terminators are also not bound by the same legal codes as Robocop, and so will use force with extreme prejudice as a first, rather than last resort.
Robocop may gain a possible advantage if fitted with the weapons pod and flight pack from Robocop 3, but still not enough of an equalizer in my opinion, as one good hit from Arnie's plasma gun can take out Robocop, while Robocop's gun pod, if I remember correctly, only comes with a grenade launcher, not enough to total Arnie with a single hit.
